CHANGE TO NEW EC PASSPORT ADMINISTRATION
In the past the OEF office was able to process NEW EC passports for Canadian born horses only. Please be advised that effective immediately, the OEF will no longer be able to provide this service.
Please forward ALL completed 2009 passport applications directly to the Equine Canada office at 2685 Queensview Dr., Suite 100, Ottawa, Ontario, K2B 8K2.
