- “Medication Protocols for Horses”
These protocals have been developed by the Ontario Association of Equine Practitioners (OAEP) in association with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food (OMAF). With financial assistance from the Ontario Equestrian Federation (OEF), amongst others, our members now have the ability to reference 28 medications commonly administered to horses. The information sheets were developed to provide guidelines for the use and administration of the medications but the product monogram supplied with the medication should always be referenced, as well.
