Information Package and Guidelines

If you would like to register your competition, please follow the simple steps below:
1 - Select and print the forms below.
2 - Fill out and fax or mail your forms to the OEF office with registration fee.

It's that easy!

Once your application has been received (with payment) it will entered into our database.
If there is a problem with your application, you will be contacted via email or phone. It is the responsibility of the competition organizer to send all of the required information to the OEF. If there are no complications with your application, you will receive your sanctioning package approx. 2-4 weeks before your competition.
Your sanctioning package will include: Invoices, Certificate, Stamps (Silver & Gold only) & Forms for competition Organizer.

*** All completed forms and registration fees must be in to the OEF office no later then 2 MONTHS prior to your competition date***

DISCOVERY LEVEL COMPETITION INFORMATION

A Discovery Level Competition may not take place concurrently or in conjunction with an EC-sanctioned competition.
