A 2011 Oldenburg Filly for Sale - Great Bloodlines and Super Attitude
Born on May 18, 2011, this registered and microchipped Oldenburg filly is a daughter of a Grand Prix jumper Novalis (http://www.dreamscapefarm.com/HorseDetail.aspx?ID=92) and grand-daughter of a double Olympic medal winner Jus de Pomme. The dam is an breathtaking thoroughbred/Westphalian cross (http://youtu.be/b5pObfwo8oI).
This bay filly with a star and two left-side socks is:
- conformationally correct
- athletic
- sociable (everybody's favorite, likes to hang out with people)
- fast-learner (leads, grooms/picks up feet and stands for the farrier, trailers, etc.)
Dam is 16 hh and sire is 16.1 hh but the vet thinks that this filly will be at least 16.2 hh.

Stevie is a 10 yr old 16.2 thoroughbred dark bay gelding with 4 short white socks. In this picture he is posing western but we ride English 99% of the time.
He moves beautifully and is a pleasure to ride and watch. He deserves to be in the show ring not plodding around the woods. As a 50 yr old I ride him alone in the woods and fields 3 or 4 times a week, he does need an experienced rider. His breeding suggests he should be doing more than just walking and I personally cannot bear the thought of trotting another circle, he enjoys it but I am over it. He is very obedient just say trot and he does, just say walk and he does. Canter, well I don’t do much of that so you may have to ask him twice.
He has seedy toe, google it and you will see it is cosmetic, Stevie is perfectly sound, healthy with all shots and farrier up to date. Both the vet and farrier can attest to his good behavior with them.
Stevie comes when he is called and he is well loved around the barn because of his playful personality. People enjoy watching him in the arena because he is such a beauty. He is boarded in Pontypool so contact me and come and see him.
